Take a Chance

Sometimes, all it takes is one brave moment.

Last night, as I sat in my children’s room waiting for them to fall asleep, I had British Got Talent playing quietly in the background. A man stood up from the audience and asked for a chance. No rehearsed path. No guarantees. No perfect setup.

But he did something powerful, he asked.

He wasn’t afraid of being seen.

He wasn’t afraid of being told no.

He wasn’t afraid of not doing it the “right” way.

He took a chance.

And it reminded me of something close to home. Last week, I took a chance on something that had been sitting in my heart for a while. I didn’t wait for everything to be perfect. I didn’t wait until I felt fully ready. I just moved. And honestly? It’s already paying off in ways I couldn’t have planned.

So this is your Monday reminder:

If something has been burning quietly inside you…

If there’s an idea, a step, a leap you’ve been postponing out of fear

Take a chance.

You don’t need permission.

You don’t need certainty.

You just need courage.

It might turn out even better than you imagined.

Have a beautiful Monday.

With Love,

Ayo.
