Tired, stretched, challenged… but still here

The quote is in Yoruba-English.

Ayo: When people talk about resilience, they imagine it as this superhuman ability to never get tired, to keep going without breaking a sweat. But I want to redefine it. Resilience, to me, is not the absence of struggle; it’s the awareness of it. It’s saying yes, I’m tired; yes, this year has been rough; yes, everything feels like an obstacle right now… but I’m still here. I’m still trying. I’m still moving. That, to me, is resilience. Not perfection, not endless strength, just refusing to give up, even when giving up seems easier.

Yetty: This sentiment captures my year with absolute clarity. The intensity has been relentless, yet a quiet refusal to quit has carried me through. I have learned that maintaining grace under pressure is simply a dignified form of stubbornness. We keep moving forward.

Keep Moving Forward,

With Love,
Yetty & Ayo ♡
