14 Days of 10K Steps: Building a Simple Fitness Habit That Works

Fourteen days into my 10K steps challenge and I’m already seeing how powerful a simple daily walking habit can be for fitness, energy, and consistency.

I honestly can’t believe it has already been 14 days. And I’ve absolutely loved it.

Last week really tested me, especially because we were away. Staying consistent when you’re out of your routine can be difficult, but I still showed up. I was matching Nigerian style 😂😂, it was absolutely ridiculous.

No pressure.

And if you miss a day, that’s completely fine. Just start your streak again.

Let’s go another week strong. 💪🚶‍♀️

If you are not sure how to stay consistent, read this How I hit 10,000 steps a day as a busy mum.

With Love,

Fitness Girl(Ayo😉)
